about natalie hall
Natalie Hall is the founder of Sleep My Little Bub, and one of Melbourne’s most experienced and loved Early Childhood Professionals, Mothercraft Nurses, Baby Sleep Consultants and Toddler Behavioural Specialists. Nat is a trained Circle Of Security Facilitator which means her programs are grounded by what all parents want, loving relationships and settled children.
Nat is kind, empathic and extremely passionate about listening and supporting young families with their parenting journey and guiding them in a positive, gentle path enhancing their family relationships.
“As a mother of 3 daughters, I have many memories of feeling isolated, judged and confused being a new mum. My husband and I got through it but it was tough. I was so passionate about learning about my daughters’ cues and understanding baby sleep and behaviour that I decided to dedicate my life to helping other families in the same boat.”
Nat worked across a sleep school residential unit, day stay and in home program supporting young families with their parenting, working alongside families to identify their goals, and facilitating parenting sessions focussing on nutrition, sleep and settling, toddler behaviour and attachment.
She offers Parenting Workshops across a variety of social and professional settings. Working in partnership with parents and health professionals, Nat helps get families on the same page to help settle their child into a new age appropriate routine.
“I offer a range of different packages customised to families’ or professionals’ needs. After the initial consultation I can offer further support for the next two weeks to build confidence around what was developed during our workshops.”
“With lack of sleep and self doubt, it’s very difficult to take the first step to begin change. If you’ve got any uncertainty, give me a call so we can find the right support for you. Sleep My Little Bub is all about guiding you on your new parenting journey, strengthening your relationships with your child and helping you to understanding their developmental stages and cues.”
Our Mission
We are a Melbourne based early childhood parenting education service. We have found a need in our community with a lot of families seeking support and parent craft education however they don’t feel comfortable leaving their own home.
Our team consists of parent craft educators who have a wide range of expertise working in our community with a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures. Our consultants can come to you in the comfort of your own home to develop your own objectives both short term and for the weeks ahead that are realistic and that you can maintain and develop for the years to come.
It takes a few days to stop a habit but a few weeks to develop a new one.
Our Vision
We are all unique so we have designed programs that can assist you in your parenting journey, without the need to leave your home. Our dedicated sleep consultants help you to regain confidence and knowledge in a non judgmental environment. They work alongside you and your family to begin to develop an age related pattern that is specific to your child and your family needs.
As the founder of ‘Sleep My Little Bub’ I, Natalie Hall have been involved in the early childhood field for over 20 years. I have extensive experience working in a sleep unit, long day care centres & lecturing up and coming graduates in the early childhood sector.
I have three children of my own so I know how challenging it can be in today’s world. Parenting is not meant to be easy. It is however an extremely rewarding journey if you feel empowered and confident being a parent and it makes life that little bit easier.

Nat’s packages and workshops offer follow up support to ensure families feel confident and at ease.
-
Mia no longer requires bottles over night and only has her dummy in her cot. Now she has more of an appetite and is happy and content during her play.

An in depth phone call with Natalie, at first, put me at ease, and I was comforted in the knowledge I was not alone, and that Natalie could help me teach my daughter to sleep through the night, within a week.
